 AT:
This preposition is used when we talk about precise moments.
The meeting will be at 5 o’clock.
I always go to bed at midnight.

La reunión será a las 5 en punto.

Siempre me acuesto a la medianoche.

 IN:
The preposition “in” is used when talking about long periods of time.
The meeting will take place in the afternoon.
There were many inventions in the last century.

La preposición “in” la utilizamos al hablar de largos periodos de tiempo.

La reunión tendrá lugar por la tarde.

Hubo muchos inventos en el siglo pasado.

 ON:
We use this preposition when talking about days and dates
I’ll have a big party on my birthday.
Let’s party on Saturday evening.
