Instrucciones del patrón

INFORMACIÓN PARA REALIZAR EL PATRÓN:

SURCO/PUNTO MUSGO (tejido de ida y vuelta):

1 surco = tejer 2 hileras de derecho.

PUNTO INGLÉS A DOS COLORES:

El color jacinto se usa para el paño con punto inglés a dos colores y torsadas. El color azul glaciar se usa
para el paño solo con punto inglés a dos colores.

HILERA 1 (= lado revés): Tejer con jacinto/azul glaciar.

Tejer 3 puntos en punto musgo con jacinto/azul glaciar, * 1 lazada, deslizar 1 punto como de revés, 1
derecho *, tejer de *a* hasta que resten 4 puntos, 1 lazada, deslizar 1 punto como de revés y tejer 3
puntos en punto musgo con jacinto/azul glaciar. Virar la pieza.

HILERA 2 (= lado derecho): Tejer con blanco hueso.

Deslizar los primeros 3 puntos con jacinto/azul glaciar como de revés, usar blanco hueso y tejer de la
manera siguiente: * tejer la lazada y el punto deslizado juntos de derecho, 1 lazada, deslizar 1 punto
como de revés, tejer de *a* hasta que resten 4 puntos, tejer la lazada y el punto deslizado juntos de
derecho, deslizar los últimos 3 puntos como de revés.

Empujar los puntos al otro extremo de la aguja para tejer por el mismo lado otra vez.

HILERA 3 (= lado derecho): Tejer con jacinto/azul glaciar.

Tejer 3 puntos en punto musgo, * 1 lazada, deslizar 1 punto como de revés, tejer la lazada y el punto
deslizado juntos de revés *, tejer de *a* hasta que resten 4 puntos, 1 lazada, deslizar 1 punto como de
revés y tejer 3 puntos en punto musgo. Virar la pieza.

HILERA 4 (= lado revés): Tejer con blanco hueso.

Deslizar los primeros 3 puntos con jacinto/azul glaciar como de revés, usar blanco hueso y tejer de la
manera siguiente: * tejer la lazada y el punto deslizado juntos de revés, 1 lazada, deslizar 1 punto como
de revés *, tejer de *a* hasta que resten 4 puntos, tejer la lazada y el punto deslizado juntos de revés,
deslizar los últimos 3 puntos como de revés. Empujar los puntos al otro extremo de la aguja para tejer
por el mismo lado otra vez.

HILERA 5 (= lado revés): Tejer con jacinto/azul glaciar.

Tejer 3 puntos en punto musgo, * 1 lazada, deslizar 1 punto como de revés, tejer la lazada y el punto
deslizado juntos de derecho *, tejer de *a* hasta que resten 4 puntos, 1 lazada, deslizar 1 punto como
de revés y tejer 3 puntos en punto musgo. Virar la pieza.

Repetir las HILERAS 2-5.

TORSADA:

Deslizar los primeros 3 puntos de jacinto como de revés, usar blanco hueso y tejer de la manera
siguiente: * tejer la lazada y el punto deslizado juntos de revés, 1 lazada, deslizar 1 punto como de revés
*, tejer de *a* un total de 7 veces (= 7 puntos blanco hueso en punto inglés).

Colocar los 6 puntos siguientes + las 3 lazadas que pertenecen con ellos (= 3 puntos en punto inglés con
blanco hueso) en la aguja auxiliar hacia atrás de la pieza, tejer de *a* un total de 3 veces (= 6 puntos +
las 3 lazadas que pertenecen con ellos (= 3 puntos en punto inglés con blanco hueso), tejer de *a* sobre
los puntos de la aguja auxiliar y continuar hasta que resten 4 puntos, tejer la lazada y el punto deslizado
juntos de revés, deslizar los últimos 3 puntos como de revés.

Empujar los puntos al otro extremo de la aguja para tejer por el mismo lado otra vez. Continuar a tejer a
partir de la HILERA 5.

PAÑOS:

Los paños se tejen de ida y vuelta con aguja circular; esto se hace para que se puedan tejer algunas
hileras por el mismo lado sin virar la pieza.

PAÑO CON TORSADA Y PUNTO INGLÉS A DOS COLORES:

Montar 45 puntos con jacinto y aguja circular tamaño 3.5 mm. Tejer 2 hileras de derecho de ida y vuelta.
Después tejer PUNTO INGLÉS A DOS COLORES – ver descripción arriba. Repetir las hileras 2-5 hasta que
la pieza mida aprox 6 cm; ajustar la altura para que la hilera siguiente sea la hilera 4 (blanco hueso).
Ahora tejer 1 TORSADA – ver descripción arriba.

Continuar con punto inglés como antes hasta que la pieza mida aprox 16 cm; ajustar la altura para que la
hilera siguiente sea la hilera 4 (blanco hueso). Tejer 1 TORSADA. Continuar con punto inglés como antes
hasta que la pieza mida aprox 21 cm; ajustar la altura para que la hilera siguiente sea la hilera 3 o la
hilera 5 (jacinto) y tejer de la manera siguiente: Tejer los puntos con sus correspondientes lazadas juntos
de derecho; los otros puntos se tejen de derecho. Tejer 2 hileras de derecho y rematar de derecho en la
hilera siguiente. Cortar y rematar los hilos.

PAÑO CON PUNTO INGLÉS A DOS COLORES:

Montar 45 puntos con azul glaciar y aguja circular tamaño 3.5 mm. Tejer 2 hileras de derecho de ida y
vuelta. Después tejer PUNTO INGLÉS A DOS COLORES – ver descripción arriba. ¡RECORDARSE DE
MANTENER LA MISMA TENSIÓN DE TEJIDO DE LA MUESTRA! Tejer hasta que la pieza mida aprox 21 cm
(ajustar la altura para que la hilera siguiente sea con azul glaciar) y tejer de la manera siguiente: Tejer los
puntos con sus correspondientes lazadas juntos de derecho, los otros puntos se tejen de derecho. Tejer 2
hileras de derecho y rematar de derecho en la hilera siguiente. Cortar y rematar los hilos.

INFORMATION FOR THE PATTERN:

RIDGE/GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth):

1 ridge = Knit 2 rows.

TWO-COLORED ENGLISH RIB:

Blue bonnet is used for the cloth with two-colored English rib and cables. Ice blue is used for the cloth
with just two-colored English rib.

ROW 1 (= wrong side): Work with blue bonnet/ice blue.

Work 3 stitches in garter stitch with blue bonnet/ice blue, * 1 yarn over, slip 1 stitch as if to purl, knit 1 *,
work from *-* until there are 4 stitches left, 1 yarn over, slip 1 stitch as if to purl and work 3 stitches in
garter stitch with blue bonnet/ice blue. Turn the piece.

ROW 2 (= right side): Work with off white.

Slip the first 3 stitches with blue bonnet/ice blue as if to purl, use off white and work as follows: * knit
together the yarn over and the slipped stitch, 1 yarn over, slip 1 stitch as if to purl, work from *-* until
there are 4 stitches left, knit together the yarn over and the slipped stitch and slip the last 3 stitches as if
to purl.

Push the stitches to the other end of the needle so that you are working from the same side again.

ROW 3 (= right side): Work with blue bonnet/ice blue.

Work 3 stitches in garter stitch, * 1 yarn over, slip 1 stitch as if to purl, purl together the yarn over and
slipped stitch *, work from *-* until there are 4 stitches left, 1 yarn over, slip 1 stitch as if to purl and
work 3 stitches in garter stitch. Turn the piece.

ROW 4 (= wrong side): Work with off white.

Slip the first 3 stitches with blue bonnet/ice blue as if to purl, use off white and work as follows: * purl
together the yarn over and the slipped stitch, 1 yarn over, slip 1 stitch as if to purl, * work from *-* until
there are 4 stitches left, purl together the yarn over and the slipped stitch, slip the last 3 stitches as if to
purl. Push the stitches to the other end of the needle so that you are working from the same side again.

ROW 5 (= wrong side): Work with blue bonnet/ice blue.

Work 3 stitches in garter stitch, * 1 yarn over, slip 1 stitch as if to purl, knit together the yarn over and
slipped stitch *, work from *-* until there are 4 stitches left, 1 yarn over, slip 1 stitch as if to purl and
work 3 stitches in garter stitch. Turn the piece.
Repeat ROWS 2-5.

CABLE:

Slip the first 3 stitches of blue bonnet as if to purl, use off white and work as follows: * purl together the
yarn over and the slipped stitch, 1 yarn over, slip 1 stitch as if to purl,* work from *-* a total of 7 times (=
7 off white stitches in English rib).

Place the next 6 stitches + the 3 yarn overs which belong with them (= 3 stitches in English rib with off
white) on the cable needle at the back of the piece, work from *-* a total of 3 times (= 6 stitches + the 3
yarn overs which belong with them (= 3 stitches in English rib with off white), work from *-* over the
stitches from the cable needle and continue until there are 4 stitches left, purl together the yarn over
and the slipped stitch, slip the last 3 stitches as if to purl.

Push the stitches to the other end of the needle so that you are working from the same side again.
Continue working from ROW 5.

CLOTHS:

The cloths are worked back and forth with circular needle; this is done so that you can work some rows
from the same side without turning the piece.

CLOTH WITH CABLE AND TWO-COLORED ENGLISH RIB:

Cast on 45 stitches with blue bonnet and circular needle size 3.5 mm / US 4. Knit 2 rows back and forth.
Then work TWO-COLORED ENGLISH RIB - see description above. Repeat rows 2-5 until the piece
measures approx. 6 cm / 2 3/8''; adjust so that the next row is row 4 (off white). Now work 1 CABLE

– see description above.

Continue with English rib as before until the piece measures approx. 16 cm/6 1/4"; adjust so that the
next row is row 4 (off white). Work 1 CABLE. Continue with English rib as before until the piece measures
approx 21 cm; adjust so that the next row is either row 3 or row 5 (blue bonnet) and work as follows:
Knit together the stitches with their associated yarn overs; the other stitches are knitted. Knit 2 rows and
bind off with knit on the next row. Cut and fasten the strands.
CLOTH WITH TWO-COLORED ENGLISH RIB:

Cast on 45 stitches with ice blue and circular needle size 3.5 mm / US 4. Knit 2 rows back and forth. Then
work TWO-COLORED ENGLISH RIB - see description above. REMEMBER THE GAUGE! Work until the piece
measures approx. 21 cm/8 1/4" (adjust so that the next row is worked with ice blue) and work as follows:
Knit together the stitches with their associated yarn overs; the other stitches are knitted. Knit 2 rows and
bind off with knit on the next row. Cut and fasten the strands.
