Conjunctions are also used to make short "echo" answers to statements and Yes/No
questions.

EXAMPLES:
"I remember that holiday very well."
"So do I. It was terrible."

my lifestyle (eating and exercise habits)

I am a person who loves exercise and healthy living, I go to the gym at night and practice some
sports from time to time, although obviously the sport that I like the most is soccer and it is the
one I practice the most. I go to the gym from Monday to Friday, although there are days that I also
go on Saturdays. My only rest day is Sundays.
My gym routine is organized as follows: work chest and biceps, shoulder and back, leg, tail and
triceps, all these exercises the alternating day by day giving him his respective rest so that the
muscle grows well. As you can see in the video, I am working with a pulley biceps that helps me to
have more precision at the time of execution. The technique is very important at the time of doing
the exercise, because no matter how much weight we have, if we do not use the technique well,
the muscle will not grow in the best way. In the next video, I'm working on the middle chest. I
usually do not do much cardio because of my thin build.

In the food I try to take care of myself as well as possible, I usually eat a lot of eggs and brisket and
grain food and certain salads. I usually drink a lot of natural juices and I drink a lot of water, I try to
avoid packing meals, sweets and junk foods. I always like to prepare food at home I do not like to
go to restaurants, of course there are times when following a strict diet becomes complicated
when I go out with my girlfriend is when I usually go to restaurants and we always ask for food
scrap or sometimes we eat ice cream.

Personally I think I lead a good healthy life I exercise correctly every day without fail and at the
end of the week I relax in the sauna and jacuzzi as a therapy so that my muscles recover, as for the
food I think that would improve a It would not be serious in the diet to try that when I go to a
restaurant, I do not ask for junk food, so the exercise of the gym will have more effect on my body.
