The present research of psychometric and technological type, had like general objective to
construct a scale of internal organizational communication in collaborators of a company of
the pharmaceutical item of Lima Metropolitan. The preliminary version of the scale consisted
of 33 items, which were analyzed after their application in a pilot in 131 collaborators and
indicators of content validity were verified, leaving for the sample a final version of 31 items.
The sample of 1000 collaborators was obtained by a sampling of non-probabilistic type by
trial. Content validity was worked through item analysis considering descriptive statistics; In
addition, this validity was made by the judgment of 10 experts and the indexes were obtained
by the V. of Aiken p> 0.80 and the Binomial test p <0.05 in 33 reagents. The construct validity
was obtained through confirmatory factor analysis, which allowed to verify the relevance of
the theoretical model to explain the internal organizational communication composed of four
dimensions according to Arizcuren's theory. The reliability for internal consistency was
obtained through the McDonald Omega coefficient obtaining a value of 0.96. Finally,
eneatipos scores were constructed for the interpretation of the scale, with the levels: Low,
Medium and High. In short, the scale of internal organizational communication - 4G gathers
enough evidence of validity and reliability for its application.
