Informe

Un Plan Nacional De Desarrollo es el proyecto que tiene el gobierno para las inversiones,

desarrollo del país en los próximos años en este caso 2014-2018“Todos Por Un Nuevo País”, que

se realiza a comienzo de administración y por medio de reformas al Estado para poder cumplir

el plan de desarrollo. Por primera vez se realizaron mesas de trabajo regionales para conocer las

necesidades de cada una de ellas. Tiene como fin saber dónde estamos, a dónde queremos llegar

y cómo lo vamos a lograr, Se basó en tres pilares la paz, con ella una sociedad se puede enfocar

en el cierre de brechas sociales e invertir en educación. Equidad para que todos los ciudadanos

tengan los mismo derechos y oportunidad de formación humana. Una ciudadanía educada tiene

más calidad de trabajo menos desempleo y con esto generar más ingresos.

Colombia En Paz

Colombia rompió una herencia histórica de combate y dispita. Con el acuerdo de paz, las

oportunidades de un desarrollo estaban en otras dimensiones.

Uno de los inconvenientes de los países en vía de desarrollo es un Estado frágil y poco efectivo,

esto complica y a la vez forma un obstáculo para la construcción de un Estado seguro. Para

lograr esto se prepara con una sucesión de diálogo y pacto con los grupos insurgentes al margen

de la ley. Como se había dicho anteriormente se llevaron a cabo unas reformas para afianzar la

paz y dar un paso a la modernidad en el país.

Una reforma notoria fue la contratación de mano de obra formal con 1,2 millones de empleos,

más de 200.000 familias se afiliaron y se vieron beneficiadas con el programa más familias en

acción y Red Unidos. Es cierto que Colombia en el 2000 tenía los más altos índices de

homicidio, secuestro, desplazamiento forzado, narcotráfico y con altas cifras de plantación de

coca. El Estado promovió un mecanismo que garantiza los derechos de verdad, justicia,

reparación de víctimas, restitución de tierras, facilitar la reincorporación grupal de los

desmovilizados. Con esto se decretaron medidas judiciales, sociales, económicas y

administrativas.

Tres Colombias

La primera es sacada de un cuento de adas es urbana, moderna,provechosa, y con justicia.

La segunda tiene crecimiento principalmente en bienes y servicios, pero esto pide una gran

cantidad de dinero para desarrollarse completamente.

La tercera habla de una Colombia rural, donde persiste los factores económicos, sociales, y la

presencia del Estado tiene un desempeño muy bajo.
