UJT Y PUT
Principio de funcionamiento y oscilador de relajación.

Resumen: El siguiente informe es un

registro de los resultados obtenidos en el
laboratorio Nº1 sobre los osciladores de
relajación UJT y PUT, donde se obtuvo
la curva característica del transistor PUT
utilizando el osciloscopio y la
herramienta de PROTEUS para
visualizar dicha curva y observar el
comportamiento de dicha curva al variar
algunos parámetros en el circuito de la
guía y por ultimo sacar las respectivas
conclusiones acerca de este de la
práctica.

Abstract: The following report is a

record of the results obtained in
laboratory No. 1 on the relaxation
oscillators UJT and PUT, where the
characteristic curve of the PUT transistor
was obtained using the oscilloscope and
the PROTEUS tool to visualize said
curve and observe the behavior of this
curve to vary some parameters in the
circuit of the guide and finally draw the
respective conclusions about this of the
practice.
