de edad, se convirtió en la persona más joven elegida como Presidente de Estados Unidos

El presidente recibió varios impactos de bala en la calle Elm de Dallas (Texas) en un Lincoln
Continental Convertible, producido por Ford a las 12:30 p.m. el 22 de noviembre de 1963,
mientras realizaba una visita política por el estado de Texas. Fue declarado muerto media hora
más tarde.

Lee Harvey Oswald, el supuesto asesino, fue arrestado en un teatro 80 minutos después de los
disparos.

Las investigaciones del comité duraron hasta 1978, y en 1979 emitieron el informe final.

En dicho informe, concluyó, entre otros hechos, que el presidente John F. Kennedy fue asesinado
como resultado de una conspiración, en la que estuvieron involucradas varias dependencias del
Gobierno estadounidense.

Se convirtió en todo un referente histórico debido a aquel trágico desenlace, sumado a la figura
que hasta ese entonces había edificado a partir de su carisma y de su convicción por los derechos
civiles, y de su postura firme, pero dialogadora durante la Guerra Fría.

The president received several bullet wounds on Elm Street in Dallas (Texas) in a Lincoln
Continental Convertible, produced by Ford at 12:30 p.m. the 22 (twenty-two) November, 1963,
while making a political visit to the state of Texas. He was declared dead half an hour later.

Lee Harvey Oswald, the alleged murderer, was arrested in a theater 80 minutes after the shooting.

The committee's investigations lasted until 1978, and in 1979 they issued the final report.

In that report, he concluded, among other facts, that President John F. Kennedy was murdered as
a result of a conspiracy, in which several dependencies of the US Government were involved.

It became a historical reference due to that tragic outcome, added to the figure that until then had
been built from his charisma and his conviction for civil rights, and his firm stance, but dialogue
during the Cold War.
