1.00 ANTECEDENTES:
El presente proyecto a construirse, ha surgido como una necesidad del propietario para satisfacer
sus necesidades de vivienda, confort y seguridad para él y su familia.
El proyecto, materia de construcción, ha sido proyectado por un arquitecto, de acuerdo a los
lineamientos de distribución, espacio, dimensionamiento conforme lo estipula el Reglamento
Nacional de Construcciones (RNE).

El terreno donde se ha proyectado la vivienda a construirse, se encuentra ubicado en el centro
poblado de huayuculano de la ciudad de chavinillo, provincia de yarowilca, departamento de
