EXPORT PROCESS

The process begins with the presentation and acceptance of a request for authorization of
boarding through the customs computer system, which, following the steps indicated below,
becomes an export declaration.

Presentation of the shipment request through the customs computer system.

Provision of the documents supporting the request for authorization of boarding: seen good
(consult website of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism) or authorizations when
necessary, when acting through a customs broker or agent , and the documents that accredit the
export operation.

Validation and acceptance of the shipping authorization

Admission of goods to the primary customs area or warehouses of the transporter, destined to the
loading of the export merchandise, for the selective or random determination of the shipment or
of the physical or documentary inspection.

Realization on the part of the customs authority of the practice of the documentary or physical
inspection of the merchandise.

Origin of the shipment (load) of the merchandise in the respective means of transport, previous
authorization of the customs authority.

Certification of the shipment and assignment of the number and date of the cargo manifest.

Once the previous procedures have been completed, the shipping authorization, with the assigned
manifest number, becomes a definitive export declaration.

The process ends with the shipment of the merchandise.

PROCESO DE EXPORTACIÓN

El proceso se inicia con la presentación y aceptación de una solicitud de autorización de embarque

a través del sistema informático aduanero, que seguida de los pasos que se indican a continuación,
se convierte en una declaración de exportación.

El proceso finaliza con el embarque de la mercancía.

Presentación de la solicitud de embarque a través del sistema informático aduanero.

Suministro de los documentos soporte de la solicitud de autorización de embarque: vistos buenos

(consultar página web del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo) o autorizaciones cuando a
ello hubiere lugar, mandato cuando se actúe a través de una sociedad de intermediación aduanera
o apoderado, y los documentos que acrediten la operación de exportación.

Validación y aceptación de la autorización de embarque

Ingreso de mercancías a la zona primaria aduanera o bodegas del transportador, destinadas al

cargue de las mercancías de exportación, para la determinación selectiva o aleatoria del embarque
o de la inspección física o documental.

Realización por parte de la autoridad aduanera de la práctica de la inspección documental o física

de las mercancías.

Procedencia del embarque (cargue) de la mercancía en el medio de transporte respectivo, previa

autorización de la autoridad aduanera.

Certificación del embarque y asignación del número y fecha del manifiesto de carga.

Cumplidos los trámites anteriores, la autorización de embarque, con el número del manifiesto
asignado, se convierte en una declaración de exportación definitiva.
