From no one

1. The main idea is to demonstrate how migrants suffer when wanting to cross into the United
States.
2. The connection I can make is that many other articles also show how hard it is for people to
get to the United States.
3. The purpose of the author is to describe and inform. The words that led me to this conclusion
is that we see the migrant as he says what happens to him and how it feels to be going through all
that torment.
4.The audience is any type of person who wants to inform or give an account of what the
migrants suffer. I know because many people have already seen that video. The choice of the
public affects the text because it might be a bit traumatic for people.
5. The most relevant details that the author uses to argue his position are arguments.
6. What the author uses most frequently is pathos. The author tells us "Show Maria and we see
how she says she feels that she has the courage to move on" (Nobody). In addition, the author
shows us "a sixteen-year-old boy who was cut off by the train. El Niño tells us that he feels
better from pain" (Nobody). In another time the author teaches us to a Salvadoran who says
"with the ulcera that still has side of the stomach hurts a lot and does not know if you can
continue to reach the United States" (Nobody). The author exerts his credibility because he
shows people how they really look with their illnesses.
7. A possible theme for this text is the pain for a better life. The three sections that led me to this
conclusion is when "Maria says that she left her four children and her husband in Honduras so
that their children do not stay without studying and so that they are someone of good in life"
(From anyone ).
8.This text helped me to understand the topic dealt with, because the theme belongs to nobody
and that is how the documentary shows that nothing belongs to anyone on that path.
9. Something that could change in the course of the documentary would be that Maria died. This
change could change the meaning of the text because if Maria dies it would not make sense since
she would die and could not follow the documentary.
10.1.The hard life of migrants who want to reach the United States. 2. Literary elements that
there is is traditional. 3. The narrator shows us "when he talks to Maria he asks her questions"
(Nobody). Also when the narrator teaches us "he talks with Jaime Valdés and teaches us that he
asks for information about what will happen to El Niño who lost his hand" (Nobody). On the
other hand, the author shows us that "he speaks with two other migrants and he always asks the
questions to them" (Nobody). 4. We see how the author uses the traditional because he narrates
what he hears and asks questions, and sometimes he becomes as first or third person. 5. In
Nobody we see how people suffer every day for wanting to reach the United States they go
through many painful things just for a better life.
