INTRODUCCIN
GearTronic ZERO es el nico indicador de marchas del mundo que se conecta al enchufe diagnosis y pantalla LCD en 6 colores que se pueden seleccionar
directamente. GearTronic ZERO no necesita ninguna instalcin ya que se conecta a la enchufe diagnosis de vuestra moto, y permite una instalacin inmediata y
simple, sin ningun tipo de errores.

N.B.: GearTronic ZERO no funciona correctamente si lleva instalado un limitador de revoluciones o la posicin del cambio esta modificada.

N.B.: Si no se enciende el panel del indicador de marchas, asegrese que no tiene puesto el caballete lateral de la moto y el interruptor de motor parado esta
en la posicin RUN

N.B: Todos los productos PZRacing son resistentes al agua pero no son impermeables, no lavar el producto con manguera de agua a presin, el producto
podria estropearse sin posibilidad de reparacin.

INSTALACIN
Localizar el conector de la diagnosis a 6 polos blanco en la propia moto, normalmente se encuentra cerca la unidad [centralita], consulte la siguiente lista para
localizar el conector:

GSF650 Bandit: bajo la tapa del chasis del lado derecho GSF1250:bajo la tapa del chasis del lado derecho DL650 ABS : bajo el lado derecho de la tapa del deopisto
Todos los dems modelos : bajo el asiento del piloto

Conectar el conector del GearTronic ZERO al conector diagnostico de la moto.

Fijar en toda la largura los cables, para facilitar el tendido del cable un enchufe se inserta alrededor de 45 cm desde el mdulo de visualizacin.
Fijar la pantalla con el correspondiente plstico velcro cerca del tablero de instrumentos en un punto bien visibile.

CADA MODELO DEL GEARTRONIC ZERO EST IDENTIFICADO POR DOS CDIGOS QUE SE PRESENTAN EN LOS DOS CONECCTORES A
LO LARGO DEL CABLEADO, SE RECOMIENDA NO ADJUNTAR CONECTORES CON CODIGOS DIFERENTES, PORQUE PODRIA DAAR DE
MANERA PERMANENTE EL PRODUCTO.

FUNCIONAMIENTO
GT310-S1 no requiere una operacin de primera programacin, ser completamente funcional inmediatamente despus de conectar el enchufe y encender el panel de
instrumentos.

Setup color pantalla:

1) Encender el panel de instrumentos

2) Entrar en la fase de calibracin llevando el hilo blanco a masa osea en un punto en que el telar no est barnizado. Ser posible entrar en la fase de
calibracin despues 10 segundos de estar encendido.
3) Quitar el hilo blanco a masaen el momento en que aparece una de las letras correspondientes al color (A:Rojo, B: Verde, C:Azul marino, D:Naranja, E:Lila,
F:Azul).
4) Elegir el color deseado llevando el hilo blanco a masa hasta que vea dos crculos alternados en la parte superior e inferior de la pantalla
5) Quitar el hilo blanco a masa.

Es posible cambiar el color en cualquier momento.

INTRODUCTION
GearTronic ZERO is the only gear indicator in the world with diagnostic cable connection and LCD display with 6 colors background. GearTronic ZERO doesn't need
any installation, it must be connected directly to the diagnostic connector of your bike, making installation quick and easy, with no way of error.

IMPORTANT: GearTronic ZERO doesn't work correctly if you have installed a rev limiter eliminator in the bike or the gear position switch has been
modified.

IMPORTANT: If the gear indicator doesn't switch on with the dashboard make sure the side stand is UP and the engine stop switch is in RUN position.

IMPORTANT: All PZRacing products are water resistant but not waterproof, do not wash the product under water jet pressure, the product could be
irreparably damaged.

INSTALLATION

Find the white 6 pole diagnostic connector on your bike, normally you can find it near the electronic central unit ECU, read the list below to find the connector:

GSF650 Bandit : under right side frame cover GSF1250 : under right side frame cover DL650 ABS : behind right side fuel tank cover
Other models : under rider or pillion seat

Remove the cap and connect the GearTronic ZERO to the diagnostic connector.
Fix the cable along its lenght, for an easier installation we have included a connecctor between the diagnostic connector and the display.
Fix the display with the plastic velcro inside the box.

EVERY GEARTRONIC ZERO MODEL IS IDENTIFIABLE BY TWO INITIALS ON THE TWO CONNECTORS ALONG THE WIRING, WE
RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT PAIR CONNECTORS WHICH HAVE DIFFERENT INITIALS, TO DO SO WOULD RESULT IN IRREPARABLE
DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT.

USAGE

GT310-S1 doesn't need any calibration, just switch on your bike and go.

Backlight setting:

1) Turn on the vehicle, .

2) Enter into calibration mode into 10 seconds, taking the white wire to ground or rather to a non painted point of the vehicle frame. You may enter calibration
mode only in the first 10 seconds after turning on.
3) Remove white wire from ground when one of the letters appear in the display (A:Red, B:Green, C:Bleu, D:Orange, E:Violet, F:Light Bleu)
4) Choose the color taking the white wire to ground during visualization of the color choosen till 2 circles are shown in the display.
5) Remove white wire from ground.

You can change the color every time you need.
