Abstract
This systematization of experiences made with the purpose of completing an
educational process that showed the transformation of his servant attitude as a
teacher, meeting the requirements of the Academic Teacher Professional
Development Program, School of Teacher Training High School, University of San
Carlos de Guatemala.
It is applied to a school in the town of Panajachel department of Solola, where the
base data, the contextual framework and the application of a SWOT matrix,
determined with certainty an object of systematization and justification that led to
proposing it is clearly stated objectives in terms of the axes of the systematization,
generating hypotheses generated at the end of an educational proposal to the
school where it was applied.
That's why it is clearly evident how was it before? and how is it now ?, lived
specifically determining processing to generate the expected change.
All this change was possible because parallel to the lived experience teaching
theory substantiated with proposals made by various authors of various disciplines,
not only in the educational field generating a theoretical framework that would
provide support for the approach of the teaching proposal.
As a result of the above before it was possible to ensure the sustainability of the
educational transformation in the product classroom PADEP / D, creating a reading
corner which gives students the ability to view from a constructivist perspective
how fruitful it is to read constantly and better still conducting systematic activities
which in turn could be performed in a playful way.
This is how I managed to successfully complete a process, not only individual profit
but actively participating as part of the educational community to which I belong
and which I must for the welfare of my country, Guatemala.
