any non-organic starting material is sowed/ planted.

To obtain derogation, please fill out this form and send to your Control Union Branch Office before
purchasing the starting material (grey areas to be filled in by Control Union Certifications).
Para obtener el permiso por favor llene el siguiente formulario y envelo a nuestra oficina Control Union local
antes de comprar el material inicial (las reas en gris sern llenadas por Control Union Certifications).
Use of non-organic starting material is only allowed, when Control Union Certifications gives its approval
on this form.

Please make sure that you send this form in reasonable time to your Control Union Certifications Branch

The derogation must be granted by Control Union Certifications before the sowing/planting of the crop.
The derogation can be granted only to individual users.

Additional for Serbian organic: if derogation requested, because: a) the organic propagation material of
that variety of that crop is not available or b) for use in research, the approval of the Serbian Ministry is
needed.
Polish organic: derogation can only be accepted by the Polish Ministry.
Adicional para Orgnico en Servia: si el pedido de derogacin es debido a: a) el material de propagacin o la
variedad del cultivo no est disponible o b) para uso en investigacin, se necesita la aprobacin del Ministerio
Serbio.
Orgnico en Polonia: la derogacin solo puede ser aceptada por el Ministerio Polaco.
