APLICACION DE LA TERMODINAMICA A UN SISTEMA FORMADO POR UNA SOLA
SUSTANCIA EN DOS FASES EN EQUILIBRIO LIQUIDO-VAPOR.
Hechos experimentales:
1 .- Cuando una sustancia liquida hierve a presin externa fija, la temperatura
permanece constante.
2 .- Si por algn medio se modifica la presin a la que hierve una sustancia, en forma
natural se modifica tambin la temperatura, para que el sistema permanezca en dos
fases liquido-vapor (PRACTICA # 1 de laboratorio)
La forma como cambia la temperatura de ebullicin a medida que cambia la presin se
muestra en la grafica siguiente llamada curva de presin de vapor.
