Publicado Convenio Cambiario N 20 por correccin de error material

En la Gaceta Oficial N 40.002 de fecha 6 de septiembre de 2012, fue publicado Aviso Oficial emanado del Banco Central de Venezuela, en el cual se procede a una nueva impresin del Convenio Cambiario N 20 subsanando los errores y manteniendo el nmero y fecha del Convenio.

Publication of Official Notice of Exchange Agreement No.20 due to material error

Official Notice issued by the Central Bank of Venezuela was published in Official Gazette No.40,002 of September 6, 2012., which provides for reprint of Exchange Agreement No.20, correcting some errors, but keeping the number and date of the initial Exchange Agreement. Issue.

De acuerdo al nuevo texto del Convenio Cambiario N 20, se pueden apreciar los siguientes cambios:
1. En el artculo 1 donde antes deca () que participen en la ejecucin de proyectos de inversin pblica estratgicos para el desarrollo de la economa nacional y de estmulo a la oferta productiva, podrn mantener en cuentas en bancos universales (); ahora se lee () que participen en la ejecucin de proyectos de inversin pblica para el desarrollo de la economa nacional o de estmulo a la oferta productiva del pas as como en proyectos de inters general para impulsar el sector productivo del pas podrn mantener en cuentas en bancos universales (). En el artculo 2 donde antes deca () fondos en moneda extranjera provenientes, entre otros de carcter lcito, de la liquidacin de ttulos denominados en moneda extranjera (); ahora se lee () fondos en moneda extranjera provenientes, de la liquidacin de ttulos denominados en moneda extranjera (). Asimismo, en el mencionado artculo 2, donde antes deca () administrados por el Banco Central de Venezuela, a efecto de lo cual, las mencionadas instituciones bancarias quedan autorizadas a recibir dichos depsitos (); ahora se lee () administrados por el Banco Central de Venezuela, as como de otras operaciones de carcter lcito que de conformidad con la normativa que regula la materia cambiaria les permitan retener y/o administrar tales divisas, o de aquellas que as autorice el Directorio del Banco Central de Venezuela mediante normativa que dicte al efecto ().

The new text of the Exchange Agreement No.20 introduces the following modifications:
1.
