EVALUACION CUANTITATIVA Y CUALITATIVA: En el Tambo: barri rio Molino

(rea de influencia de la provincias de Jauja distritos Tunanmarca, Pomacancha, y
Janjaillo) de acuerdo a la lista SISFOH se obtuvo como resultado de informacin del
grupo de edad de la poblacin intervenida, con un jefe de familia que no se encontr
en el lugar de residencia; 18 a 65 aos hay 61 jefes de familia evaluados; de 66
aos a ms hay 59 jefes, haciendo un total de 121 jefes de familia a un 89%.
En el caso de Inclusin se tiene como resultado de grupo de edad: de 18 a 65 aos
hay 11 jefes de familia y de 66 aos a ms hay 04 jefes de familia con un total de 15
jefes de familia a un 11%.
Total de fichas evaluadas en el SISFOH e Inclusin 136 al 100% de jefes de familias
visitadas y ejecutadas la ficha social para la respectiva evaluacin social.

EVALUACION CUANTITATIVA Y CUALITATIVA: En el Tambo: San Pedro de Par

(rea de influencia regin Junn distrito de Ondores y la regin de Pasco distrito de
vicco), de acuerdo a la lista SISFOH se obtuvo como resultado la informacin del
grupo de edad de la poblacin intervenida, pobladores de 18 a 65 aos hay 34 jefes
de familia evaluados; de 66 aos a ms hay 14 jefes de familia, haciendo un total de
48 jefes de hogar a un 75%.
En el caso de Inclusin se tiene como resultado de grupo de edad: de 18 a 65 aos
hay 10 jefes de familia y de 66 aos a ms hay 06 jefes de familia con un total de 16
jefes de hogar a un 25.0%.

Total de fichas evaluadas en el SISFOH e Inclusin 64 al 100% de jefes de familia

visitada y ejecutada la ficha social para la respectiva evaluacin social.

EVALUACION CUANTITATIVA Y CUALITATIVA: En el Tambo: Chacapalpa (rea de

influencia de la Provincias de Yauli, Jauja distritos Curicaca, Janjaillo y Canchayllo)
de acuerdo a la lista SISFOH se obtuvo como resultado la informacin del grupo de
edad de la poblacin intervenida, pobladores de 18 a 65 aos hay 23 jefes de
familia evaluados; de 66 aos a ms hay 14 jefes de familia, haciendo un total de 37
jefes de familia a un 88.1%.
En el caso de Inclusin se tiene como resultado de grupo de edad: de 18 a 65 aos
hay 03 jefes de familia y de 66 aos a ms hay 02 jefes de familia con un total de 05
jefes de familia a un 11.9%.
Total de fichas evaluadas en el SISFOH e Inclusin 42 al 100% de jefes de familias
visitadas y ejecutadas la ficha social para la respectiva evaluacin social.

EVALUACION CUANTITATIVA Y CUALITATIVA: En el Tambo: Potaca (rea de

influencia de la provincias de Huancayo, distritos Chicce y Chongos Alto), de
acuerdo a la lista SISFOH se obtuvo como resultado la informacin del grupo de
edad de la poblacin intervenida, y 01 jefe de hogar que no reside en la zona,
pobladores de 18 a 65 aos hay 36 jefes de familia; de 66 aos a ms hay 37 jefes
de familia, haciendo un total de 73 jefes de familia evaluadas a un 68.2%.
En el caso de Inclusin se tiene como resultado de grupo de edad: de 18 a 65 aos
hay 24 jefes de familia y de 66 aos a ms hay 09 jefes de familia con un total de
34 jefes de familia evaluadas, a un 31.8%. Total de fichas evaluadas en el SISFOH
e Inclusin 107 familias al 100% de jefes de familia visitada y ejecutada la ficha
social para la respectiva evaluacin social.
