La obra de teatro muestra la historia de tres mujeres, de las cuales una de ellas
era la muerte, que en este relato se llamaba Mictecacihuatl.
En el inicio de la puesta en escena, salen las tres actrices y cantan, en ello Mictecacihuatl consuela
a las jvenes muertas y les dice que Qu es lo que puede hacer por ellas, para que alcancen el
descanso eterno? Y tambin les pregunta que cules eran sus pendientes? As empieza esta
historia, donde la primera de las jvenes muertas (de nombre Dolores) comienza a relatar su
historia.

Ella era una joven muy preciosa indgena, la cual a su edad tena dos hijos y un
esposo, sin embargo su esposo se va al extranjero y la deja sola, se cree que l
est muerto ya que Dolores jams supo de l de nuevo. Ella trabajaba en una
casa haciendo labores del hogar, sin embargo cierto da mientras ella estaba
lavando ropa en el rio, sus hijos jugaban con otros nios felizmente cerca del
rio, cuando de repente se cayeron tos al rio, y todos se estaban ahogando, de
pronto las dems madres tiraron sabanas al rio para salvar a sus hijos, pero
Dolores se avent al rio para salvar a sus hijos pero como ella no saba nadar
se ahog y sus hijos no pudieron salvarse.
Por eso dicen que por las noches nomas se le iba en puro llorar, dicen que no dorma nomas se
le iba en puro tomar, juran que el mismo cielo se estremeca al or su llanto. Y se le conoci como
la llorona.

Y finalmente Pascuala que era la novia, ella era una persona egosta que se
fijaba en s misma y muy interesada, ya que se iba a casar con una persona
muy rica, sin embargo ella amaba a un chico pobre. Pascuala pensaba que el
chico al que ella amaba iba a impedir su boda, pero como no lo hizo, ella deseo
tanto morirse que la muerte se lo cumpli.
As termina esta obra, donde la muerte les da consuelo y escucha los relatos de
Dolores y Pascuala, quedando en pendiente sus tareas por cumplir para su
descanso en paz.

And finally Pascuala was the bride, she was a selfish person who paid attention to herself

wanted to die so that death fulfilled it.
Thus ends this work, where death gives them comfort and listen to the stories of Dolores
and Pascuala, being sloped to fulfill their duties to rest in peace.
