Anlisis de resultados
El anlisis de resultados de cada modelo de prueba puede
abordarse desde dos perspectivas:
.. Anlisis del rendimiento general de los estudiantes.
.. Anlisis del rendimiento por pregunta o por grupos de
preguntas.
Anlisis del rendimiento general de los estudiantes
Para calcular el rendimiento general de los estudiantes, es
necesario asignar a cada respuesta correcta un punto y calcular el
puntaje total de cada alumno6.
El puntaje mximo de la seccin Comprensin lectora es de 50
puntos. Una vez calculados los puntajes de cada estudiante y de
cada seccin, es posible identificar a aquellos que requieren mayor
apoyo en el desarrollo de habilidades de comprensin lectora,en
comparacin con el resto de sus compaeros.
Al tener contacto con este material de la vida real, se debe alentar a los
estudiantes a desarrollar estrategias de lectura, tales como: descubrir el
significado de palabras que no conocen y extraer el mensaje principal de
un texto. Estas estrategias permitirn compensar sus recursos lingsticos
limitados en la lengua inglesa.
