Stern Hidrulica S.A. con sus ms de 3000

metros cuadrados, es una empresa integrada,
comenzando con el diseo, pasando por la
fabricacin del conjunto del cilindro, siguiendo
con el montaje y finalizando con las pruebas de
los diferentes cilindros y grupos hidrulicos. De

exclusively use seamless steel tubes with
high yield points (RS 52 KGS/MM2) and

process for all the stages and the outer
tube allows us to supply reliable and long
lasting incomparable products (increasing the
seal lifetime).

El tratamiento de nitrocarburacin, conocido
como "NITCARFER", posibilita que las
expansiones estn libres de aros
gua dado que poseen caractersticas
superficiales altamente resistentes al desgaste
y a la ralladura, principalmente como resultado
de la alta dureza superficial mayor de 550HV.
Todas las expansiones disponen de tope
metlico y son sometidas a un proceso de
bruido consiguiendo unos bajos ndices de
rugosidad superando las exigencias de los
rugosidad,
fabricantes de elementos de estanqueidad.

neumtica mediante maquinaria especfica.
