HOLI FESTIVAL, FESTIVAL OF COLORS

The Holi holiday lasts two days in late February or early March, and celebrates the arrival of spring. It is
considered to be one of the most pagan festivals in all of India.
The spring festival, also known as the color
festival and the love festival, is an ancient Hindu
religious festival held mainly in India, Guyana
and Nepal since the nineteenth century.
Holi festival has another cultural significance. It
is the holiday to the end and get rid of the
mistakes of the past, the final conflicts through
the fulfillment of others, a day to forget and
forgive. People pay or forgive debts as well as
deal with people again in their lives. Holi also
marks the beginning of spring, and for many the
beginning of the new year.
El festival de primavera, también conocido como el de
los colores y la fiesta de amor, se trata de una antigua
fiesta religiosa hindú que se celebra principalmente en la
India, Guyana y en Nepal desde el siglo XlX.
Festival de Holi tiene otro significado cultural. Es el día
de fiesta hasta el final y librarse de los errores del
pasado, los conflictos finales mediante el cumplimiento
de los demás, un día para olvidar y perdonar. La gente
paga o se perdonan las deudas, así como hacer frente de
nuevo con las personas en sus vidas. Holi también marca
el inicio de la primavera, y para muchos el comienzo del
nuevo año.
