En cualquier proyecto de actividad hay que distinguir tres momentos: un antes, un durante y un después.
Antes
Corresponde a las actuaciones previas a la ejecución y que se pueden resumir en tres
pasos:
1. La idea. En ella se plasman las líneas maestras de lo que pretendemos hacer.
Es conveniente concretar la idea en un guion en donde se resuma el proyecto y detalle:
a) Le denominación. Como lo vamos a llamar a efectos de divulgación y Publicidad. Debe
de ser un nombre atractivo, claro y conciso.
b) Fundamentación. El porqué de esta actividad, que pretendemos conseguir.
c) Descripción. Sintetiza el contenido de la actividad de una forma clara y sencilla.
d) Los objetivos tanto generales como específicos.
e) El tiempo. Duración de todo el proyecto.
f) Las líneas generales de actuación.
g) Lugar o lugares donde se desarrollará.
h) Estructura de apoyo. El equipo humano, la logística, la
comunicación.
i) Los destinatarios de la actividad.
j) El presupuesto. La cuantificación económica tanto de los gastos
como de los ingresos previstos.
