ANSI: The American National Standards Institute

Is a private organization that oversees the development of standards

for products, processes and services. Coordinates US standards with
international standards so that the products can be used around the
world. These standards ensure that the characteristics and
performance of products are consistent, that is, that people use these
products in the same terms and that this category of products is
affected by the same validity and quality tests.

development organization based in the United States for engineering
professionals in various industries.
Related to aerospace engineering, automotive, and all commercial
industries specialized in the construction of vehicles. The main
objective of the society is the development of standards for all types
of vehicles, including cars, trucks, ships, airplanes, etc.

• SAE (Sociedad de Ingenieros de Automoción)

Relacionada a la ingeniería aeroespacial, automoción, y todas las industrias comerciales especializadas en la
construcción de los vehículos. El principal objetivo de la sociedad es el desarrollo de los estándares para todos
los tipos de vehículos, incluyendo coches, camiones, barcos, aviones, etc.
