• Hospital III nivel.
• Evaluación diaria de los síntomas maternos.
• Controlar la HTA con diferentes antihipertensivos.
• Monitoreo diario de pruebas de laboratorio.
• Monitoreo diario de la condición fetal.
• Considerar la interrupción inmediata: eclampsia, HELLP, DPP,
RCIU<5% o alcanzaba las 34 semanas.
PROBLEMA: 28 – 34 SEMANAS
MEXPRE LATIN STUDY
• PROPOSITO: Determinar si el manejo expectante en PE severa
antes de las 34 semanas, resultaba con mejores resultados
comparado con la interrupción del embarazo inmediatamente
después de la administración de corticoides en países de
Latinoamérica.
