 Definicin
El desarrollo organizacional es un esfuerzo a largo plazo, guiado y
apoyado por la alta gerencia, para mejorar la visin, la delegacin de
autoridad, el aprendizaje y los procesos de resolucin de problemas en la
organizacin, mediante una administracin constante y de colaboracin
de la cultura de la organizacin en especial de equipos de trabajo
utilizando el papel de las ciencias de la conducta aplicada.
