The Container Maintenance Charge will cover container damages to up to

US$ 500 per
container. If maintenance and repair costs for any container

the difference between the Carriers documented M&R invoice

otherwise set forth herein, and all claims for cargo loss
and damage shall be determined in accordance with those

delay in delivery of the cargo, including, but limited to
any incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages

Notes:
1)* In situations where the Carrier Roll Fee applies, terminal administrative roll fees shall not also be charged.However, in situations where the Carrier Roll Fee does not apply, any terminal administrative roll fees shallbe included in the pass through costs.In case of multiple rolls, roll fee will be applied per roll. (Shipper shall be responsible for any applicabledemurrage per tariff).
