 Información general sobre la creación de diagramas eléctricos

Para cada instalación nueva a partir del año 2022 se deben considerar todos los datos mencionados en esta documentación, ya que forman la
base para la creación y modificación de la documentación eléctrica (Diagrama eléctrico) para los sistemas de producción y transporte usando
el sistema CAE EPLAN P8 a partir de la versión 2.9.

La versión documentación será proporcionada al contratista a más tardar en la primera reunión de diseño con el cliente; de lo contrario, el
contratista debe solicitarla al departamento eléctrico responsable antes del inicio de la planificación del proyecto.

“Los proyectos creados en otra versión de EPLAN o fuera de la normativa descrita en éste documento siempre darán lugar a que el proyecto se
envíe directamente al contratista para su corrección.”

Los proyectos EPLAN completos, sin errores y editables deben proporcionarse al cliente como copia de seguridad de datos (.zw1). Debe
adjuntarse un PDF del proyecto en cuestión exportado desde el sistema EPLAN. Estos se ejecutarán a través de una verificación de entrada
del proyecto.

“Si no se acuerda explícitamente entre el cliente y el contratista, las desviaciones de las especificaciones darán lugar a que el proyecto se
devuelva al contratista para su corrección”.

Las siguientes opciones están disponibles para intercambiar estados temporales para su aceptación:

- Grabe los proyectos de EPLAN como una copia de seguridad de datos “.zw1” y un PDF exportado desde el sistema EPLAN en un DVD y
entréguelos personalmente al planeador del proyecto responsable.

- Grabe los proyectos de EPLAN como una copia de seguridad de datos “.zw1” y un PDF exportado desde el sistema EPLAN en un soporte
extraíble USB y entréguelos personalmente al planeador del proyecto responsable.

- El intercambio digital (servidor de transferencia de archivos, etc.) está regulado por el departamento de Seguridad TI del cliente por lo que
debe considerarse como ultimo recurso.

Los archivos PDF solicitados deben exportarse desde el sistema EPLAN y entregarse al cliente (un PDF por idioma).
Proceso: seleccione el proyecto EPLAN, luego ejecute la exportación PDF en: "Página ”>“ Exportar ”>“ PDF… ”.

Nota:
El PDF debe exportarse en color.
El zoom también debe desactivarse en "Configuración ”>“ Usuarios ”>“ Interfaces ”>“ Exportación a PDF ”>“ General ”
Antes de la exportación PDF, las conexiones externas de terminales para el cableado de destino, también deben activarse en la opción de
menú "Vista" > "Destinos externos ”

 General information on the creation of electrical diagrams

For each new installation from the year 2022 onwards, all data mentioned in this documentation must be considered, as they form the basis for
the creation and modification of the electrical documentation (Electrical Diagram) for the production and transport systems using the CAE
EPLAN P8 system from version 2.9 onwards.

The version documentation shall be provided to the contractor at the latest at the first design meeting with the customer; otherwise, the
contractor must request it from the responsible electrical department prior to the start of project planning.

"Projects created in another version of EPLAN or outside the regulations described in this document will always result in the project being sent
directly to the contractor for correction."

Complete, error-free and editable EPLAN projects must be provided to the customer as data backup (.zw1). A PDF of the project in question
exported from the EPLAN system must be attached. These will be run through a project input check.

"If not explicitly agreed between client and contractor, deviations from specifications will result in the project being returned to the contractor for
correction."

The following options are available to exchange temporary statuses for acceptance:

Save the EPLAN projects as a data backup ".zw1" and PDF exported from the EPLAN system on a DVD and deliver them personally to the
responsible project planner.

Save the EPLAN projects as a data backup ".zw1" and a PDF exported from the EPLAN system on a USB removable medium and hand them
over personally to the responsible project planner.

Digital exchange (file transfer server, etc.) is regulated by the customer's IT Security department and should be considered as a last resort.

The requested PDF files must be exported from the EPLAN system and delivered to the customer (one PDF per language).
Process: Select the EPLAN project, then run the PDF export on: "Page ">" Export ">" PDF... ".

Note:
The PDF must be exported in color.
The zoom must also be deactivated under "Settings ">" Users ">" Interfaces ">" Export to PDF ">" General "... ".
Before the PDF export, the external terminal connections for the target wiring must also be activated under the menu option "View" > "External
destinations".

 Documentos proporcionados al proveedor

El departamento eléctrico proporcionará un enlace de OneDrive para descargar el paquete de información donde se encuentra la última norma
vigente que se solicita a los proveedores en el proceso de ingeniería EPLAN.

-La carpeta tiene el siguiente nombre, y debe compartirse completa con el proveedor:

-En ella encontrará 2 carpetas con los siguientes nombres:

-En la Carpeta denominada EPLP8_29 encontrará los directorios necesarios para iniciar un proyecto.
Es muy importante revisar la información y cargarla en sus directorios raíz: C:\UsersPublic\EPLAN\data.

-En ésta carpeta también encontrará proyectos de referencia que deberá utilizar para copiar la información de construcción (&EEZ) y se deben
considerar como bases para la construcción de la estructura EPLAN. (También se deben usar las macros de éstos proyectos)

Esto no se debe imprimir en papel, pero si

debe estar en la copia de seguridad .zw1

-En la carpeta Vorlagen encontrará la plantilla con la que debe iniciar su proyecto, que tiene el siguiente nombre:

-En la carpeta denominada zusätzliche _Dokumente encontrará diversos documentos de apoyo y herramientas que se utilizarán a lo largo del
proyecto, desde un Sript para la creación automática de nombres Profinet, hasta proyectos de configuración para compartir con TIA PORTAL.

-En la carpeta 0_MgU-I-B09-28 encontrará la guía para crear un proyecto en EPLAN bajo el estándar VWM.

Las consideraciones más importantes:

-Es responsabilidad del proveedor revisar la información y consultar dudas antes de comenzar con el proyecto.
-Es muy importante iniciar el proyecto con la plantilla indicada para evitar problemas con las herramientas proporcionadas.
-La ingeniería debe ser presentada y validada antes de la fabricación y etiquetado del armario para evitar re trabajos.
-Esta información sólo es aplicable al proyecto en curso, y el proveedor debe deshacerse de ella al finalizar el proyecto.
-Las especificaciones de hardware y montaje deben ser proporcionadas por el planeador responsable. (Alturas, Colores, Marcas, Modelos,…)

The electrical department will provide a OneDrive link to download the information package where the latest current standard requested from
suppliers in the EPLAN engineering process is located.

-The folder has the following name, and must be shared complete with the supplier:

-In it you will find 2 folders with the following names:

-In the Folder named EPLP8_29 you will find the directories needed to start a project.
It is very important to review the information and load it in its root directories: C:\UsersPublic\EPLAN\data.

-In this folder you will also find reference projects that should be used to copy the construction information (&EEZ) and should be considered as
bases for the construction of the EPLAN structure. (You should also use the macros of these projects).

This should not be printed on paper, but

should be on the backup .zw1

-In the folder Vorlagen you will find the template with which you should start your project, which has the following name:

-It is the supplier's responsibility to review the information and consult doubts before starting the project.
-It is very important to start the project with the indicated template to avoid problems with the provided tools.
-Engineering must be submitted and validated prior to fabrication and labeling of the enclosure to avoid rework.
-This information is only applicable to the project in progress, and must be disposed of by the supplier at the end of the project.
-Hardware and mounting specifications must be provided by the responsible planner. (Heights, Colors, Brands, Models,...)
