Article 2: Corporate purpose

The purpose of the company is to engage in:

wood and other by-products.
d) Purchase and sale of new and used vehicles.
e) Purchase, sale, marketing, distribution, collection, transportation, storage,
conditioning and treatment of solid and similar or related waste.
f) Import and export of solid waste.
g) Import, commercialization and rental of vehicles, light and heavy machinery;
h) Import, marketing and distribution of automotive and industrial spare parts and
accessories.
i) Import, export, purchase, sale, distribution, commercial representation and
wholesale and retail commercialization of hardware, faucets and construction
products in general.
j) Marketing, production, smelting, purchase, sale, import, export, distribution,
storage, transportation, shredding of metal products and wastes, mechanical metal
and minerals such as aluminum, copper, bronze, hard aluminum, steel, iron, lead,
industrialization, processing, also solid wastes (cardboard box, scrap, wood)
