Federación el 24 de diciembre y 11 de noviembre de 2019, respectivamente; así como las
Políticas y Lineamientos Anticorrupción para Petróleos Mexicanos, sus Empresas
Productivas Subsidiarias y, en su caso, Empresas Filiales (en lo sucesivo “Código de Ética,
Código de Conducta y Políticas Anticorrupción de Pemex”), documentos que se pusieron a
disposición de mi representada en la siguiente dirección electrónica:

También manifiesto que mi representada reconoce el compromiso de Pemex como

empresa, el de sus Consejeras/os y de todo el personal que labora en la misma, de actuar
con apego a los valores institucionales y principios empresariales contenidos en dichos
ordenamientos, el cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales, y en ese sentido la
responsabilidad de realizar las acciones necesarias para combatir la corrupción y mantener
relaciones de negocios con empresas que compartan los mismos valores y principios éticos.

Conforme a lo anterior, mi representada se adhiere al Código de Ética, Código de Conducta

y Políticas Anticorrupción de Pemex y se compromete, junto con sus accionistas,
funcionarias/os y empleadas/os, a observarlos para el caso específico que se formalice una
relación comercial con Petróleos Mexicanos.

it was evidenced by ________________________, state that the company that I represent
is aware of the “Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct of Petroleos Mexicanos, its
Subsidiary Productive Companies and affiliates” (Pemex), that were published in the Official
Federal Gazette on December 24, and November 11, 2019, respectly, as well as the “Anti-
Corruption Guidelines and Policies of Petroleos Mexicanos, its Subsidiary Productive
Companies and, in due case, Affiliates” (hereinafter “Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct and
AntiCorruption Policies of Pemex”). These documents are available for my company at

Also, I state that the company that I represent acknowledges the commitment of Pemex as
an Enterprise, of their Board of Directors, and the whole Personnel on the organization, to
act in accordance to the fundamental values and business principles included in the
aforementioned regulations, the compliance with the legal provisions, and the responsibility
to carry out the necessary actions to fight corruption, and to maintain the business relations
with companies that share the same Ethic values.

Based on the above, the company I represent adheres to the Code of Ethics, Code of
Conduct and Anticorruption Policies of Pemex, including them as part of its own regulations.
The company also commits along with its shareholders, officers and employees to abide by
it and comply with the commitments described on each of those documents, for our business
relation to be based in ethic values and in strict legality, independently of the integrity internal
regulations that are applicable within the company I represent.
