Dear Governor Gonzaga;

Golden greetings!

The Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) in Southern Mindanao Region
(SMR) will conduct an SMR Conference with the theme “Play it Forward, Securing a
Sustainable Future,” on May 19 to 20, 2023, at Mikos Brew Café Function Hall, Apokon, Tagum
City, Davao del Norte. This conference will be hosted by PICPA Davao del Norte, Davao
Oriental, and Davao de Oro Chapter.

To take part in the event mentioned above, the PICPA-SMR has twelve (12) chapters spread
across Southern Mindanao, including Davao del Norte, Davao Oriental, Davao de Oro, Davao
City, Davao del Sur, General Santos City, Sultan Kudarat, South Cotabato, Zamboanga, Digos
City, Cotabato Province, and Cotabato City. The members of various chapters of the Certified
Public Accountants (CPA) organization will gather as part of their continuing education and,
more significantly, to boost the spirit of camaraderie between and among CPAs in the region.

Hence, we would like to invite and request the Coro de Davao de Oro of the province to give
grace and showcase their talents at the opening ceremony to sing the opening prayer and
Philippine National Anthem on May 19, 2023, at 12:00 noon.

We are hoping for a positive and favorable response to this request.
