Tengo el honor de dirigirme al despacho de su digno cargo para expresarle mi cordial saludo, y al mismo tiempo
en atención a los documentos de la referencia a), hago llegar copia del ACTA DE RECEPCION DE OBRA:
“MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS DEL CAMAL MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CHOTA, PROVINCIA DE
CHOTA –CAJAMARCA”. donde el comité de recepción concluye la verificación, encontrando culminada la obra con
los siguientes componentes:

1. Arquitectura, estructuras instalaciones eléctricas y sanitarias.

2. Equipamiento.

Por lo que informo que en el punto Nº 02 de equipamiento, allí se verifica la recepción de camión frigorífico que
se encuentra detallado en el ACTA DE RECEPCION DE OBRA.

Sin otro particular, es propicia la oportunidad para expresarle las muestras de mi especial consideración.
