Method
Step 1 Pre-chop PrimaTex in thermomix, speed 4 for 1 minute and 20
seconds.
Psyllium Husk Rapeseed Oil Smoked HOSO™
Step 2 Activate the methyl cellulose by dispersing the powder in oil. 2.00g 8.25g PST25 Hickory MS -
then add ice-cold water and whisk. (on sunflower oil)
Step 3 Weigh out all the dry ingredients. 1.00g

Step 4 Add all the ingredients to a mixer and beat down until desired
texture.
Step 5 Weigh out into burgers and chill/freeze over night. Exberry® Shade Exberry® Shade HG - MCLS -

Step 6 Cook on the hob or oven on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, until
