Carmen Cecilia Plazas Prada nació el 14 de agosto de 1969 en Bogotá.

Ella tiene dos hermanas y un

hermano y llegaron a Bucaramanga cuando tenía 13 años. Tiene una familia muy grande.

Se graduó del colegio Aurelio Martínez mutis. Estudio administración de empresas en la

universidad cooperativa de Colombia en Bucaramanga.

Ella se casó en julio de 1993 con Gabriel Hernández y el 12 de enero de 1994 tuvo su primera hija.

Al finalizar sus estudios su vida laboral estuvo enfocada en Talento humano.

Lo que hizo resaltar su compromiso, su responsabilidad y eficiencia para realizas sus deberes.

En el año 2001 nació su segunda hija y en el 2005 su última hija. A lo largo de su vida siempre se ha
caracterizado por ser una mujer esforzada y valiente.

Sin embargo, años después se divorció y sus hijas son su prioridad.

Enseña que se debe ser perseverante aun en medio de la dificultad y el creer en Dios es lo más
importante.

En el pasado emprendió y creo una fundación con la cual tuvo contratos con el ICBF pero después
debió terminar. Esto no fue impedimento para ella pues servir a otros siempre ha sido su pasión.

Ella es una mujer confiable, alegre, divertida, leal. En sus trabajos tiene una larga duración.
Actualmente trabaja en FUNSOCREER, es directora de talento humano y tiene a su cargo más de
700 empleados.

Ella es la persona que más admiro porque no deja de sorprenderme su perseverancia, su lealtad y
sus ganas de seguir adelante.

Esta mujer es mi mamá. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento hacia ella porque me formo como
una mujer valiente y esforzada y sigue educándonos junto a mis hermanas.

Carmen Cecilia Plazas Prada was born on August 14, 1969 in Bogotá. She has two sisters and a
brother and arrived in Bucaramanga when she was 13 years old. She has a very large family.

She graduated from Aurelio Martinez Mutis High School. She studied business administration at
the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia in Bucaramanga.

She married Gabriel Hernandez in July 1993 and on January 12, 1994 she had her first daughter.

At the end of her studies her work life was focused on Human Talent.

This highlighted her commitment, responsibility and efficiency to perform her duties.

In 2001 her second daughter was born and in 2005 her last daughter was born. Throughout her life
she has always been characterized for being a brave and courageous woman.

However, years later she got divorced and her daughters are her priority.
She teaches that one must persevere even in the midst of difficulty and believing in God is the
most important thing.

In the past she started and created a foundation with which she had contracts with the ICBF but
later had to terminate it. This was not an impediment for her because serving others has always
been her passion.

She is a reliable, cheerful, fun and loyal woman. In her jobs she has a long duration. She currently
works at FUNSOCREER, she is the director of human talent and is in charge of more than 700
employees.

She is the person I admire the most because she never ceases to amaze me with her perseverance,
her loyalty and her desire to move forward.

This woman is my mom. I only have words of gratitude for her because she shaped me as a brave
and hardworking woman and continues to educate us together with my sisters.
