VITAMINA B12

La vitamina B12 es un nutriente que ayuda a

mantener la salud de las neuronas y la sangre.
Es una vitamina hidrosoluble, se disuelve en
agua.
Después de que el cuerpo utiliza estas
vitaminas.

través de la orina.
