 Resumen

El presente tuvo como propósito describir las ventajas del software web que servirá para

optimizar el control de asistencias del personal de una empresa. Los métodos utilizados para esta

investigación fueron el hermenéutico y heurístico. Asimismo, se recurrió a fuentes bibliográficas

primarias y secundarias mediante el análisis documental. Se llegó a concluir que la

automatización de procesos, se implementaron sistemas de información web dentro de las

empresas y constituye herramientas innovadoras y competitivas.

Abstract

The purpose of the present was to describe the advantages of web software that will serve to

optimize the control of attendances of the personnel of a company. The methods used for this

research were hermeneutical and heuristic. Likewise, primary and secondary bibliographic

sources were used through documentary analysis. It was concluded that the automation of

processes, web information systems were implemented within companies and constitutes

innovative and competitive tools.
