CONVENCIONAL - DIVORCIO ULTERIOR - contra: CESAR EDUARDO
COLLANTES MELENDEZ; a usted atentamente digo:

Que, habiendo emitido su Despacho, la resolución Nº 6 de Fecha 30 de ABRIL

del 2013, en la que se da por contestada la Demanda, y advirtiéndose que la
Central de Notificaciones se encuentra devolviendo la Notificación del Demandado:
CESAR EDUARDO COLLANTES MELENDEZ, señalando que en dicha dirección
no se ubica el destinatario, CUMPLO CON ACLARAR NUEVAMENTE EL
DOMICILIO LEGAL PARA EFECTOS DE NOTIFICACIÓN, DEL DEMANDO
DONDE SE LE DEBE NOTIFICAR AL SR: CESAR EDUARDO COLLANTES
MELENDEZ, SITO EN EL JR. MANUEL CUADROS Nº 144 - OF. 206 - LIMA.

POR TANTO:
Por lo tanto señor Juez, sírvase proveer mi pedido conforme a Ley.
