1. INDUCCIÓN: (INDUCTION)
La condición física es el estado de forma que posee cada persona. Hay que entenderla
como un sumatorio de capacidades y constituye el soporte de toda educación física y
entrenamiento deportivo ya qué no es posible imaginar el aprendizaje y utilización de las
distintas técnicas, tácticas, etc., sin el desarrollo de la condición física (cañizares,2016)
Se sustenta en una base orgánica (aparato locomotor, circulatorio y respiratorio) una
buena alimentación (energía) y van a ser susceptibles de mejora con la práctica del
ejercicio físico (peral,2009 citado por cañizares,2016)
