ESPECIFICACIONES TECNICAS PARA LA CONTRATACION DE BIENES

ADQUISICION DE EQUIPOS INDEPENDIENTES, PARA EL PROYECTO: “CONSTRUCCION

DE CUNETAS Y ALCANTARILLAS DEL JIRON CHAVEZ, DEL DISTRITO DE JUANJUI,
PROVINCIA DE MARISCAL CACERES, DEPARTAMENTO DE SAN MARTIN”.

1. ÁREA QUE REALIZA EL REQUERIMIENTO

Gerencia de Acondicionamiento Territorial de Desarrollo Urbano y Rural de la Municipalidad
Provincial de Mariscal Cáceres

2. OBJETO DE LA CONTRATACION
Contar con EQUIPOS DE PRIMEROS AUXILIOS, para el proyecto: “CONSTRUCCION DE
CUNETAS Y ALCANTARILLAS DEL JIRON CHAVEZ, DEL DISTRITO DE JUANJUI,
PROVINCIA DE MARISCAL CACERES, DEPARTAMENTO DE SAN MARTIN” , de la
Gerencia de Acondicionamiento Territorial de Desarrollo Urbano y Rural de la Municipalidad
Provincial de Mariscal Cáceres.

3. FINALIDAD PUBLICA
Contratar para la Adquisición de EQUIPOS DE PRIMEROS AUXILIOS, para el proyecto:
“CONSTRUCCION DE CUNETAS Y ALCANTARILLAS DEL JIRON CHAVEZ, DEL
DISTRITO DE JUANJUI, PROVINCIA DE MARISCAL CACERES, DEPARTAMENTO DE
SAN MARTIN”, de la Gerencia de Acondicionamiento Territorial de Desarrollo Urbano y Rural de
la Municipalidad Provincial de Mariscal Cáceres.

4. OBJETIVOS DE LA CONTRATACION
La Adquisición de EQUIPOS DE PRIMEROS AUXILIOS, para el proyecto: “CONSTRUCCION
DE CUNETAS Y ALCANTARILLAS DEL JIRON CHAVEZ, DEL DISTRITO DE JUANJUI,
PROVINCIA DE MARISCAL CACERES, DEPARTAMENTO DE SAN MARTIN” , de la
Gerencia de Acondicionamiento Territorial de Desarrollo Urbano y Rural de la Municipalidad
Provincial de Mariscal Cáceres.

Medidas: 20x41x17 equivalente a 16”

Cumple con la Ley 298783 de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo y las normas técnicas peruanas.

6. REQUISITOS DE CALIFICACION

Del Postor

Capacidad legal
- Persona natural o jurídica
- Contar con el Registro Nacional de Proveedores – Capitulo de Bienes, Vigente.
- No encontrarse inhabilitado para contratar con el Estado.

Capacidad técnica y profesional

- El contratista garantizar la calidad y buen estado del bien

Experiencia
- Experiencia en bienes similares, que se acreditara con copias simples de constancias de servicios
o contratos suscritos.
- Se medirá en función al monto de facturación, en un mínimo de una (01) vez el valor referencial
objeto de la convocatoria, que se acreditará con copias simples de constancias de servicio u
orden de servicio o contratos suscritos.

7. PLAZO DE ENTREGA
El plazo de ejecución de la Adquisición de EQUIPOS DE PRIMEROS AUXILIOS, puesto en obra
para el proyecto OBRAS COMPLEMENTARIAS DEL IOARR: “CONSTRUCCION DE
CUNETAS Y ALCANTARILLAS DEL JIRON CHAVEZ, DEL DISTRITO DE JUANJUI,
PROVINCIA DE MARISCAL CACERES, DEPARTAMENTO DE SAN MARTIN” , de la
Gerencia de Acondicionamiento Territorial de Desarrollo Urbano y Rural de la Municipalidad
Provincial de Mariscal Cáceres, es de cinco (05) días calendarios contado a partir del día siguiente
de la entrega del Contrato y/o Orden de Compra.

Nota: la primera entrega se realizará dentro de los tres días de firmado el contrato, en coordinación
con el área usuaria de la entidad.

8. FORMA DE ENTREGA
El bien será entregado en Forma periódica en varios lotes de entrega a la Entidad Municipalidad
Provincial de Mariscal Cáceres previa verificación de las características del bien.

9. LUGAR DE ENTREGA
El lugar donde se entregará el material será en el Jr. Jorge Chávez; en el horario de 9:00 a 17:00 hrs
de lunes a viernes. No está obligada a recibir bienes en horarios no programados.

ALCANTARILLAS DEL JIRON CHAVEZ, DEL DISTRITO DE JUANJUI, PROVINCIA DE
MARISCAL CACERES, DEPARTAMENTO DE SAN MARTIN”, de la Gerencia de
Acondicionamiento Territorial de Desarrollo Urbano y Rural de la Municipalidad Provincial de
Mariscal Cáceres.

16. CONFORMIDAD DE LA RECEPCION DEL BIEN

La conformidad, será otorgado por el responsable y/o Ingeniero Residente del proyecto:
“CONSTRUCCION DE CUNETAS Y ALCANTARILLAS DEL JIRON CHAVEZ, DEL
DISTRITO DE JUANJUI, PROVINCIA DE MARISCAL CACERES, DEPARTAMENTO
DE SAN MARTIN”, de la Gerencia de Acondicionamiento Territorial de Desarrollo Urbano y
Rural de la Municipalidad Provincial de Mariscal Cáceres.
