 Los nervios nacen en el encéfalo como de la medula espinal a nivel sacro.

 APLICACIONES TERAPEUTICAS:

 ANTAGONISTAS ALFA-ADRENÉRGICOS:
 En feocromacitoma( Fenoxibenzamina+bloqueador beta 1) tumor libera adrenalina
 Hipertensión esencial (selectivo alfa 1 prazosina o doxazosina)
 Insuficincias vasculares periféricas( fenómeno de Raynaud) e Insuficiencia cardiaca
 Ataques de migraña (ergotamina)
 Hipertrofia benigna de próstata( tamsulosina, doxazosina)
 AGONISTAS BETA-ADRENERGICOS:
 En la insuficiencia coronaria clínicamente estable
 Postinfarto inmediato( reducen las arritmias y la recurrencia del infarto)
 Hipertensión arterial
 Arritmias cardiacas
 Sobre el SNC, jaquecas, crisis de ansiedad y temblores
