In our last lesson, we created a chart using Microsoft Word. We completed

our chart with pictures and information about popular characters. We used
the cut and paste options to add information to our chart.

Today we will be using the same information to create a simple Microsoft

PowerPoint presentation. This is something we have done many times and I
am sure you will do it without any problems.

Let´s get started.

información sobre personajes populares. Utilizamos las opciones de cortar y pegar para agregar información a
nuestro gráfico.

Hoy utilizaremos la misma información para crear una presentación simple de Microsoft PowerPoint. Esto es algo
que hemos hecho muchas veces y estoy seguro de que lo hará sin ningún problema.

Empecemos.)

 1. To start, create a new PowerPoint
document. Press the right click on
an empty area of your desktop.
(Para comenzar, cree un nuevo documento de
PowerPoint. Presione el botón derecho en un
área vacía de su escritorio.)

2. Once your new PowerPoint presentation is

created, use your keyboard to rename it, I named
mine Mr Joel´s PowerPoint, but you can name yours
anything you like. (Una vez que se haya creado su nueva
presentación de PowerPoint, use su teclado para cambiarle el
nombre, yo llamé al mío Mr Joel´s PowerPoint, pero puede
nombrar el suyo como quiera.)
3. Once the name is changed, let´s open up that
new presentation using our double click.
Remember that your new document will look like
this and that we have to click to add the first
slide. (una vez que se cambia el nombre, abramos
esa nueva presentación con nuestro doble clic.
Recuerde que su nuevo documento se verá así y que
tenemos que hacer clic para agregar la primera
diapositiva.)

 4. This is our first slide. Now we just
have to follow the instructions. (Esta es
nuestra primera diapositiva. Ahora solo tenemos
que seguir las instrucciones.)

5. Write the title for your

presentation on the first slide
(Escriba el título de su presentación en la
primera diapositiva.).

6. If you wish, you can add a new style to your presentation. You can click on
“design” and now choose a new style to apply. (Si lo desea, puede agregar un nuevo estilo
a su presentación. Puede hacer clic en "diseño" y ahora elegir un nuevo estilo para aplicar.)

 7. Now, click on the
new slide button
or click on the
space below your
slide in the left
preview panel and
press the enter
key. Ahora, haga clic

8. In your new slide copy and paste the

same pictures and information from last
lesson to create 3 new slides about these
characters. Please remember that you can
always choose to use your own pictures

9. Add an extra slide to your presentation. Use any image you might have at home
