INTRODUCCION

Traceability in companies is especially important since it allows us to know the origin

and purpose of the product. depending on the need that is required, you can also say

what type of traceability we are going to use to obtain the desired results.

 Identify how great are the benefits that traceability brings to the company.

TRAZABILIDAD

la trazabilidad es el conjunto de acciones, medidas y procedimientos que permiten

identificar y registrar cada elemento que ha sido enfocado en un sistema funcional

establecido, desde el inicio hasta el fin de la cadena de producción.

De este modo, la trazabilidad permite rastrear todos los procesos y otorga a el

productor resultados que pueden conllevar a fortalecer sus procedimientos,

interactuando siempre con los principales clientes, al mejorar sus solicitudes o

peticiones. Al respecto, Wanscoor (2010) afirma que “el conjunto de informaciones

registradas permite disponer de un conocimiento detallado, inmediato a posteriori, que

respalda el análisis, la toma de decisiones, el control, entre otros”.

Para la presente actividad de aprendizaje, se recomienda inicialmente estudiar el

material de formación correspondiente al tema de trazabilidad que va a la mano con el

área técnica. Una vez tenga claro el tema en mención desarrolle lo siguiente:

1. Elabore un documento en formato Work teniendo en cuenta las normas

apa, respondiendo en ingles las siguientes preguntas:

a. What type of traceability are you going to use according to your project?

the company uses the three (3) types of traceability, since we receive the merchandise,

store it and transfer it, to the end customer. But in this case, we are going to use internal

traceability, since the product must be tracked from when it reaches its final destination.

b. What alternative way (manual – automatic) are you going to implement

regarding your project?

In the company is going to use an automated system such as SAP since it allows us to

trace a product from when it enters the warehouse until it is dispatched, and the system

when making an inventory allows us to know what stock we have stored.

c. which benefits the implemented traceability will bring to your project?

The benefits that internal traceability will bring us are:

 Information in real time.

 More assertive inventory.

 Blocking of product short date.

 Follow-up of the product to the final destination.

CONCLUSIONES

With this work we saw the importance of traceability for a company and its processes,
since through this we can follow up on the products until they reach their destination.
