generalmente me levanto a las 8:00 am, luego desayuno casi siempre

pan,chocolate y caldo.alrededor de las 11 de la mañana realizo aseo en mi cuarto.

en las horas de la tarde almuerzo y despues usualmente tengo clase del sena mastrade comparto
con mi familia y tomamos onces .

en la noche cenamos y evmos televicion antes de dormir me cepillo los dientes y por ultimo me
preparo para dormir
