Resumen

El presente artículo traza una línea histórica del desarrollo de la psicología perua-
na desde el periodo de la república hasta la actualidad. Se exponen los anteceden-
tes, las corrientes, las limitaciones, los logros, los personajes y las instituciones
que han tenido y tienen trascendencia en la historia de la psicología en el Perú;
mostrando un semblante propio y un camino original sobre el cual se proyectan
sus avances y sus futuras líneas de investigación.

Abstract

The present article draws an historical line about the development of Peruvian
psychology from republican period to the real time. There will be shown the ante-
cedents, currents, limitations, challenges, leaders and institutions that have had,
and still, transcendence in the history of psychology in Peru, exhibiting its own
face and its original course over its goals and future lines of investigation are
projected.
