CHANGING HABITS

Today I want to tell you about my eating habits. Last time I went to the doctor, he
told me I was overweight, so I decided to change drastically. In the past I ordered
entregas , so I could eat at home and I ate a lot of frita

foods, I never practiced any deportes and I felt tired all the time. Now,

everything is different. I buy vegetables like lechuga and

pepino and I cook at home. I hornear healthy vegetable

pies and I don’t eat postres because sweets have a lot of empty

calories. The best part of cooking is that I also ahorrar dinero because eating

always at restaurants can be very expensive. Of course I still go to restaurants

sometimes, but if I go to a restaurant I ask for a healthy comida

without any fat or sugar. I am also being more active, I go natación to

the local pool three times a week, and on weekends I play tenis

with my mom, she is very good at it and she has very nice rackets. I must say,
with this new lifestyle I feel and look great!
