1. Determinar los parámetros para realizar un
planeamiento a corto plazo.
2. Diferenciar los aspectos básicos para determinar un
plan a corto plazo.
3. Identificar un plan a corto plazo en open pit y
subterráneo (producción y avances lineales)

El área de Planeamiento Mina realiza planes mensuales (planes operativos), sujeto a las
consideraciones del plan trimestral. El plan trimestral esta alineado con los objetivos
anuales y garantiza un seguimiento oportuno al cumplimiento de metas. El plan anual
obedece a las consideraciones estratégicas del plan de vida de la mina (LOM).
