ADENDA

TARIFA POR ADELANTADO

Usted celebró un Contrato de Servicios con Rasier Operations B.V. para el uso de los Servicios de Uber en relación
con los Servicios de Transporte ofrecidos por usted, así como los adendos que eventualmente se actualicen (el
“Contrato”). El presente instrumento constituye un adendo adicional a dicho Contrato (el “Adendo”) y establece
ciertos términos y condiciones adicionales. Los términos con mayúscula inicial que se utilizan en este documento,
mas no se definen en el mismo, tendrán los significados que se les atribuye en el Contrato. Al dar clic en “Sí, estoy
de acuerdo”, Usted conviene en sujetarse a los términos adicionales que se estipulan más abajo.

(1) Tarifas por Adelantado. Uber puede ofrecer una opción de viaje a Usuarios de UberX (y otros productos
Uber de tiempo en tiempo eventualmente) en el Territorio, que permite a un Usuario acordar una tarifa
fija para una determinado Servicio de Transporte que preste Usted, misma tarifa fija que se comunica
mediante la aplicación móvil de Uber a un Usuario al momento que se reserva un viaje (“Precio por
Adelantado”). En caso de que Usted preste Servicios de Transporte a Usuarios mediante la opción de
Precios por Adelantado, Usted reconoce y conviene que: (a) la Tarifa para cada uno de dichos Servicios
de Transporte será de tipo fijo, hecho que se comunicará al Usuario al momento de reservar el viaje, y se
comunicará a Usted al final de dicho viaje (“Tarifa por Adelantado”)(para evitar lugar a dudas, el término
“Tarifa por Adelantado” tendrá el mismo significado que “Tarifa” en el Contrato, salvo que se establezca
específicamente otra cosa en esta Adenda), y (b) la Tarifa por Adelantado se calculará con base en datos
históricos para viajes de UberX similares (u otro producto Uber que corresponda) (tomando en
consideración diversos factores, tales como hora del día, día de la semana y antigüedad de la información
de los viajes comparables, así como cualquier sobredemanda al momento que se reserve el viaje) en vez
de la metodología estipulada en la Cláusula 4 del Contrato y típicamente aplicada. La Tasa de Servicio
para las Tarifas por Adelantado serán las mismas que para otros viajes UberX (u otros productos Uber
que correspondan) en su Territorio. En caso de que un Usuario cambie su destino durante un viaje en
específico, o si la información del viaje difiere material o significativamente de la información histórica
usada para calcular la Tarifa por Adelantado, la Tarifa por Adelantado dejará de aplicar y, en su lugar, la
Tarifa se calculará mediante una tarifa base más un monto por distancia y/o tiempo, según lo dispuesto
en la Cláusula 4 del Contrato.

ADDENDUM

UP-FRONT FARE

You entered into a Services Agreement with Rasier Operartions B.V. for the use of the Uber Services in connection
with your Transportation Services and addenda updated from time to time (the “Agreement”). This is a further
addendum to that Agreement (“Addendum”) and sets forth additional terms and conditions that are applicable.
Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement. By
clicking “Yes, I agree” You agree to be bound by the additional terms below.

(1) Up-Front Fares. Uber may offer a ride option to Users of UberX (and other Uber products from time to
time) in the Territory that allows a User to agree to a fixed fare for a given instance of Transportation
Services provided by You, which fixed fare is communicated via the Uber mobile application to a User at
the time a ride is booked (“Up-Front Pricing”). In the event that You provide Transportation Services to
Users utilizing the Up-Front Pricing option, You acknowledge and agree that: (a) the Fare for each such
instance of Transportation Services is a fixed fare, which is communicated to a User when the ride is
booked, and communicated to You at the end of such ride (“Up-Front Fare”) (for the avoidance of doubt,
“Up-Front Fare” has the same meaning as “Fare” in the Agreement except as specifically set forth in this
Addendum); and (b) the Up-Front Fare shall be calculated based on historical data for similar uberX (or
other relevant Uber product) trips (taking into account various factors including time of day, day of week
and age of comparable trip data as well as any applicable surge at the time the ride is booked) rather than
per the methodology set out in and typically applied under Section 4 of the Agreement. Service Fees on
Up-Front Fares shall be the same as for other UberX (or other relevant Uber product) trips in your
Territory. If a User changes their destination during a particular trip, or there are material variances in
estimates to actuals, the Up-Front Fare shall no longer apply, but rather the Fare shall be calculated based
upon a base fare amount plus distance and/or time amounts as set forth in Section 4 of the Agreement.
