El proyecto multimedia que estoy realizando tiene a favor del usuario la

interactividad total con dicho proyecto ya que va a encontrar la información que
necesita de una forma sencilla y bien explicada, con imágenes referentes y de fácil
asociación, el usuario encontrará los sistemas de navegación jerárquico, global
local, directo y lineal en los diferentes servicios que se ofrecerán en la multimedia.

Si nos remitimos al inicio, podrá encontrar un carrusel de las imágenes referentes a

los servicios ofrecidos tales como: pasajes, encomiendas y paqueteo, giros, turismo
y servicio al cliente; los cuales podrán ser vistos y/o acceder a éstos haciendo clic
sobre la imagen del servicio que desea consultar.

Por ejemplo si accede al servicio de pasajes encontrará los tipos de buses con los
que cuenta y podrá escoger el que desee, así mismo consulta el destino y hora de
despacho del tipo de bus escogido, encontrará también un listado con las rutas y
horas de salida; podrá hacer la compra del pasaje haciendo clic en el área de
compra de pasajes, la cual lo remite a la página donde digitará la información
requerida y habrá realizado la compra, ésta le permitirá recibir un número de
asignación para reclamar por ventanilla el día que viaje el tiquete respectivo, o si
desea, se le llevará a su lugar de residencia. Podrá retornar a la página de inicio y
consultar otros servicios que necesite o simplemente navegar por la página y
conocer la empresa, enterarse de noticias y aprender de los tips de seguridad para
lograr un viaje más placentero.
La interface gráfica empleará colores corporativos, imágenes reales fáciles de
recordar y de asociar; no importa el servicio que quiera consultar, siempre
encontrará una imagen que le indicará en qué sección está y a la vez le permitirá
acceder a otro servicio sin necesidad de perderse.

The multimedia project I'm doing is for the user, interactivity with the
project, as you will find the information you need in a simple and well
explained way, with images reference and easily to join; the user will find
hierarchical navigation systems, global and local, direct and linear in the
different services offered in the multimedia.

As we refer in the beginning, you can find a different images relating to

the services offered such as passages, packet delivering, money orders,
tourism and customer service; which may be viewed and / or accessed them
by clicking on the service image you want to view.

For example if you access the service passages you will find the types of
buses there are and you can choose the one you want, also check out the
destination and time of dispatch of the bus type selected, you will also
find a list of routes and departure times ; you can make the purchase of
the ticket by clicking on the area of tickets purchase, which refers you
to the page where you will type the required information and will make the
purchase, it will allow you to receive a number of assignment to claim to
the counter the respective day trip ticket, or if you want, you will take
your residence place. You can return to the home page and consult other
services you need or simply surf on the site and learn the business, the
news and safety tips for a more pleasant trip.

The graphical interface will use corporate colors, easy to remember and
will use current images to associate; no matter what service you want to
check, you always could find an image that will tell you which section you
are, and at the same time will allow you to access to another service
without getting lost.
