Políticas de conversión de contratos

La política de conversión facilita al cliente el camino del cambio de motores clásicos

a motores S/4 HANA:

• Una vez realizada la conversión, el cliente tendrá derecho de uso sobre los
motores clásicos así como una instalación separada hasta 31/12/2025.
• No existen conversiones parciales.

Se convierte mediante SAP Conversion Policy, 100% del crédito invertido

en motores clásicos permiten la conversión a los motores de S/4 HANA

Los Usuarios Nominales se extienden a través de SAP Extension Policy. No

se trata de una conversión para los Usuarios Nominales. La excepción son los
usuarios de Retail, Banca los cuales está permitido convertirlos cuando los
motores correspondientes se convierten.

único contrato totalmente nuevo.

Gran simplificación contractual

El cliente podrá negociar la continuación del uso del ERP anterior durante un periodo de
transición determinado. Como en el caso anterior se reconocerá el 100% del crédito del anterior
contrato. En este caso, la base de mantenimiento tampoco se verá reducida.
