LAGUNA 69

La laguna 69 es una de las lagunas más hermosas del mundo; Así también es una de las 400 lagunas
que forman parte del parque Nacional Huascaran, el cual es considerado Reserva de la Biosfera
por la UNESCO y Patrimonio Nacional de La Humanidad.

Ubicada cerca de la ciudad de Yungay, en la Región de Ancash, Perú. Se encuentra al pie del
Nevado Chacraraju y a 400 msnm.

Su color celeste brillante sumado a sus majestuosas montañas con nevados a su alrededor
convierten este paisaje en un verdadero espectáculo natural siendo la caminata el viaje perfecto
para los amantes de las montañas, ya que son alrededor de 4 horas.

En el transcurso se puede contemplar nevados, vegetación, una laguna y una catarata.

Finalmente, algunos consejos para evitar problemas en la caminata

 Asegurarse de comer adecuadamente.

 Mantenerse hidratado durante la caminata.
 Tomar mate de coca o masticar, se cree que ayuda a reducir y prevenir el mal de
altura.
 Aclimatarse sobre todo si vienen de zonas bajas.
 Llevar bloqueador solar.
 Zapatos y ropas cómodas.
