ACCION CORRECTIVA VY PLAZ.OS DE CUMPLIMIENTO: Para verificat la existeacia de grielas, indices de corrosién u otras anormalidades en los tubos de sujecin del estabilizador horizontal, se debe dar cumplimiente sl Roletin de Servicio N° 25/53/03 emitide por Ia enipresa Latinoamericana de Aviacién S.A.. De existir discrepancias entre el Beletin de Servicio y la presente Direotiva, lo requarido pot la Direotiva prevalece, (1) Accién Infeial: A las 50 Horas de Vuelo realizar las operaciones desoriptas ar. el parvafo ACCIONES, subnarrafo INICIAL del Boletin de Servicio N° 25/53/03. (2) Acckin Repotitiva: Cada’ 100 Horas de Vuelo 9 en Ia proxima Inspecetén Aruel, !o que ocuzra primero, reelizar las operaciones en el partafo 2, punto (1), Accidn Ipieial de la presente DA- NOTAS: (a) Las Acciones Repetitivas deben teiterarse hasta la aplicacién de la Accitn Definitiva. {b) Ante la aparicion de cualquier indicador de existencia de grietas, indives de corresién u owas auormalidades, el Taller Acronéutioo de Reparaciones (TAR) que realice la inspecelén deberd desmontar ambos esiabilizedozes horizontales y procedér a una jnspeceidn detallada de 103 manguitos de montaje de las superficies. (c} De confirmarse alguna de las anormalidades descriptas se deberd dar eumplimiento al pirate Accién Definitiva, partafo 2, punto (3). (2) Initial Action: At 59 Flight Hours: perform the operations as specified in paragraph “ACTIONS”, subparagrapk “INITIAL” of Service Bulletin N° 23/53/03 (2) Repetitive Actions: Every 106 Flight Hours or during the next Ammual Inszection, whichever oceurs first; pecforin operations as specified in Paragraph 2, Them (1), Initial Action of this AD. REMARKS: (a} Repetitive Actions nmst be repeated until Definitive Action is applied. (b) Tf any evidence of cracks, signs of corrosion or any other discrepancy is detected, the Rapair Station (TAR) performing the inspection shall disassemble both horizontal stebilizers and conduct a detailed inspeotion on the surface of botla supports, {e) If any of the above-degetibed discrepancies is datected, paragraph 2, item 3, “ Definitive Action”, shall be applied. (3) Definitive Action: Perform operations as specified in paragraph “ACTIONS”, subparagraph “DEFINITIVE” in Service Bulletin N° 25/53/03.
