En el 2009 se inauguró la nueva terminal aeroportuaria de
Montevideo, considerada una de las más bellas del mundo
con la más moderna tecnología. Una nueva terminal fluvial
se inauguró en el 2010 en Colonia del Sacramento, Patrimonio
que Uruguay está transitando, ofreciendo más y mejores
servicios, manteniendo un alto nivel de calidad de vida.

primero en el mundo en implementar “one computer per child”.
Completando el proceso se comenzó con la enseñanza secundaria,
y con los preescolares de 3 a 5 años. Todos los años el plan es
evaluado, incorporando mejoras como la enseñanza del idioma
inglés a través de las tablets.
Uruguay asiste a la radicación de megaproyectos, como
Zonas Francas, que son Polos de Desarrollo y Logística a
nivel mundial. La inauguración de la filial del Instituto Pasteur
de Francia y la instalación del Instituto Weismann de Israel en
Montevideo, son muestras evidentes de este notable proceso.
